Once you disembark at Orient Point, take Route 25 West 9 miles to Greenport, and then follow the signs for Route 114 South.
You will cross over the North Ferry ($8) to Shelter Island and then over the South Ferry ($7) to Sag Harbor. Once you get into Sag Harbor, turn South on Sag Turnpike and proceed 4 miles to Montauk Highway.

The Long Island Railroad (LIRR) will carry you the 96 miles from Midtown right to Bridgehampton refreshed and ready to enjoy the splendor of the Hamptons. Once you depart the train in Bridgehampton, catch a taxi to the hotel and let the relaxing begin.
Adult fares are $10.25 one-way in off-peak, and $15.25 in peak-season. Child fares are less. Trains are boarded at Penn Station, but require a transfer at Jamaica.

The Jitney picks up passengers along Third Avenue at 86th, 69th, 59th and 41st Streets and drops off at Westhampton, Quogue, Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Ammagansett.
The Hampton Luxury Liner is another coach service that provides regular departures from Manhattan along Third Avenue at 42nd, 50th, 59th, 72nd and 86th Streets with drop offs at Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Wainscott, East Hampton and Amagansett.
